By law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase of an item within Seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered to you. All items returned must be in their original packaging, unused and in a re-saleable condition.
It is only possible to return furniture items when they do not clearly meet the design specifications (as laid out in their description). We reserve the right to refuse a refund or may deduct a small charge based on the condition of the items upon return if necessary. Please take good care of items you wish to return in order to receive a refund.
Until the receipt of unwanted items at our warehouse, you are both liable and responsible for the condition of goods inclusive of damage, destruction and loss in transit.
Please allow 2 weeks for us to receive, inspect and action your refund. This will be credited to the account used to make the initial purchase. Where items are gifted, unless returned in original packaging and in a re-saleable condition you may not be entitled to a full refund.
If an item is faulty you will be reimbursed the cost of return. In cases where you have ‘changed your mind’ but the item is not faulty, you will be liable for the cost of return or collection. Promotional offers including free returns may be offered by the Company during specified trading periods.
All products should be returned to the following address using a courier and insurance appropriate to the item being returned.
